Family Advent Wreath Making

All households are invited to join us for a special kick off to the Advent Season!

Sunday, November 29: 9:45-10:45AM (this will take the place of Sunday School that morning) in the GYM  (Building C). Each interested individual/family/household will work together to make an Advent Wreath that can be used throughout the Christmas season (and be re-used year after year) for devotions and celebration. Come learn about the different parts of the Christmas story, have some fun, and walk away with some different age appropriate take homes that can be used throughout December. We will provide everything your family will need to do this project. So we can best plan and not waste resources, we are asking interested/available families for an advance RSVP and supply contribution.

Any interested family/household get more information at www.messiahtampa.com/christmas. Check made out to Messiah for $25 or www.messiahtampa.com/give and find the Family Advent Activitiy tile can be made by Sunday November 8th (so we have enough time to order supplies). We will take care of ordering and purchasing the rest! Please click here to register.

We will have a few extras in case plans change and you miss the deadline and can join us last minute morning of. Also, let us know if cost is an issue by marking scholarship requested and we will gladly take care of that for you (we don’t want anyone not to participate solely due to tight finances).

Traveling for Thanksgiving weekend? No problem. Mark “on our own” and we can get a kit together with the instructions and supplies for you to pick up AFTER the 29th during that first week of December.

PS-If you have an advent wreath or have made one in the past, let us know and we can discount the price and JUST provide your new candles and extra tweaks ($10).
