Why do you think the modern church often turned "witnessing" into a burdensome sales pitch rather than a joyful sharing of good news?
When we try to share our faith, how can we make sure we are actually seeing the person in front of us the way Jesus does?
Witnessing is just sharing the beauty of what God has done, what is one specific, beautiful way Jesus has carried you through a dark time?
Read Isaiah 43:10-17. When God calls His people to be witnesses, He immediately reminds them of history: He is the God who "made a way through the sea" and snuffed out the enemy army. A witness simply testifies to the facts of a rescue. Who in your life currently feels like they are drowning, and how can you be a witness of God's "breath" and peace to them this week?
